What's not changing?

We continue to provide our Web Ordering for greeting cards and any other products on a "controlled system grid." In simple terms, you put it up and order it by a pocket location: A1, D47, MA12, EA12, DB39, etc. That's available to independent retailers right here on the Retailer Resources website.

What's new?

We've added a new website to allow independent retailers to order our gifts, books, Christmas boxed cards, calendars and more! We've partnered with Handshake, a leader in business to business ordering, to provide our new Handshake Direct online shopping portal. It's organized in easy to shop product Catalogs. This is the same ordering system our wonderful Genesis field sales team has been using on their iPads to place your orders. And now you can use it 24/7.

When?

We're rolling it out in waves over the next few weeks. You'll be receiving an email inviting you to the site and instructions on how to log in. If you haven't seen an email by June 5th click here to let us know.

What is the website like?

Once on the site there is a Help page for more information if you need it. You'll see the Catalogs displayed. Click into one to start shopping it. On the left you'll see groups of products to help you navigate to things you are interested in. You'll see images and can click to get more info. As you add items to Catalog orders you'll see them go from Manufactured Suggested Retail Prices to a general wholesale price. Once you submit your order and it's processed by DaySpring, any additional discounts you have by product will be applied.

Who gets the credit for the sale?

We win as a team at DaySpring so regardless of how you place an order its counts for Genesis and all our sales staff, so no worries on who gets credit! We believe the new site will open up new opportunities for you to coordinate with your sales rep and make ordering easier.

And support isn't going anywhere!

The last few months have been tough for all of us. Just like you we're slowly building back to normal. But we continue to support you with both your Genesis sales team and our great Customer Service Center.
