Tracking your order

Once an order is placed we deal with it immediately

We put your order in our ordering system right away. Of course there are many steps an order goes through before it is released to be pulled and packaged and sent to you.

To see your order, check the Order Status page of the website

You can track the progress of all your orders including Web Orders by viewing the Order Status page of the Retailer Website. Your order should show up on this page just minutes after you submit it. All substitutions for currently shipping product should show up at that time.

Special instructions

All orders with special instructions must be held until a DaySpring order entry employee can review them and take appropriate action. As a result this will delay the process timing of your order. But your order should still show up on the Order Status page within minutes of placing it.
