What's considered non-system items?
Anything not on your current grid for your controlled or gridded systems (those found on the Grids page of the Retailer Services website).
They could have been in a gridded pocket location before
Since the definition is that they are on your CURRENT grid, you could enter an Item number for a product that was previously on a grid but is not on the CURRENT version.
Or they could be other product
Non-system items mainly means they are one of the many other gift, seasonal or special paper based products DaySpring produces that do not have a grid to control where they are placed.
Preferences allows you to choose
If you or your corporate offices do not want to allow non-system items on orders. See the Preferences section for more details.
